Sharing with Ceridian

I was delighted to have the opportunity to meet the team at Ceridian’s Global PMO as part of their first ever internal global summit. The team came together virtually via the power of Zoom to discuss project and PMO topics.

I talked about 3 new ways to engage teams on projects, including working with virtual teams, and shared top stakeholder and team engagement tips along with ways to put those into practice. We discussed engagement flashpoints and lots more, and the questions from the audience were brilliant!
