Multiverse: Meeting the Multis!

I was delighted to have the opportunity to go back to Multiverse and meet (virtually) another group of apprentices this week. I shared some good practice for working with stakeholders in a project environment. We talked about meeting expectations, what it means to be a team player at work, and how to manage up, regardless of what position you have in the organisation.

The attendees asked some great questions and shared their challenges and things that were important to them. I left the group with some project management templates they could use on their own projects – an easy way to impress the people they are working with by taking their next steps on their projects in a structured way!
